About Call Triage
Why we built this
Over 52 billion spam calls hit US phones every year. The solutions available all share a common flaw: they work by uploading your call data to their own servers to cross-reference against spam databases. That means every call you receive — including the legitimate ones — flows through someone else's infrastructure.
We built Call Triage because we wanted something that actually works and never uploads your data. All call blocking and text filtering runs on your device using your phone's own built-in screening — your contacts, call history, and block list never leave your phone. When you choose to report a spam number, an anonymous report (digits only) is shared with the community database — but your call history and contacts are never included.

Who we are
Call Triage is a product of Sage Mode, LLC, a software company based in the United States. Sage Mode, LLC owns and operates the Call Triage app and the calltriage.app website.
We're a small, independent team that actually uses the app every day. Call Triage is built, designed, and maintained in-house — no outside vendors touch your data, and no investors are pushing us to compromise on privacy or fair pricing.
