Our commitment
Call Triage is committed to making both our app and this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.
What we do
✓Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy throughout the site
✓ARIA labels on all interactive elements without visible labels
✓Focus-visible outlines for keyboard navigation
✓Sufficient colour contrast ratios in both light and dark themes
✓Decorative images are marked aria-hidden
✓All form fields have associated labels
✓Light and dark mode support — reducing eye strain
Known limitations
We are a small independent team. Some areas are still being improved:
- Some animated transitions may not respect prefers-reduced-motion (in progress)
- The phone mockup preview is not screen-reader accessible (it is decorative)
