Accessibility

Last updated: March 31, 2026

Our commitment

Call Triage is committed to making both our app and this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards.

What we do

Semantic HTML and proper heading hierarchy throughout the site
ARIA labels on key interactive elements without visible labels
Sufficient colour contrast ratios in both light and dark themes (WCAG 2.1 AA)
Interactive elements use native button and link elements for screen reader compatibility
Decorative images are marked aria-hidden
All form fields have associated labels
Modal dialogs use role="dialog" and aria-modal for screen reader context
Light and dark mode support — reducing eye strain
prefers-reduced-motion respected — animations and transitions are disabled when the user has opted out of motion in their OS settings

Known limitations

We are a small independent team. Some areas are still being improved:

  • Keyboard focus indicators are not yet styled in the app (touch-first interface)
  • Tab bar navigation does not yet use ARIA tablist/tab roles (in progress)
  • The phone mockup preview on the marketing site is decorative and not screen-reader accessible
